The downpipes are handmade in Taiwan. The tubing, flange and hangers are made from 304 stainless steel with a brushed matte finish. we use a 2.5" tube which mates up to the factory 2.5” down pipe, then to the factory 2.25" exhaust. The flanges are 0.25 inch 304 stainless steel and were CAD designed to match factory specs and are precision cut with a 55,000 PSI water jet. The entire downpipe is purge tig welded. We incorporate stainless steel flex braid exhaust tubing, which is similar in design to the factory setup.

The Thunder's NEW CAMRY 3.0 Down Pipes are one of the easiest ways to unlock restricted horsepower from your turbo engine. It has been designed to allow maximum flow exiting the exhaust side of the turbo.

The Thunder's NEW CAMRY 3.0 Down Pipes have a enlarged pipe diameter in order to allow gasses leaving the turbo to flow at a more rapid rate than the restrictive OEM down pipe. This improved exhaust flow will result in more horsepower and torque by allowing the turbo to spool quicker and stronger. This also allows the turbo to work more efficiently with full boost being achieved lower in the RPM curve than before.

Made from high quality stainless steel to resist corrosion and mandrel bent to ensure a smooth flowing surface, the Thunder's NEW CAMRY 3.0 Down Pipes will bolt directly to the OEM turbo using existing hardware for a factory-like fit. The down pipe incorporates bungs for existing OEM sensors to retain proper engine management.

Thunder's SUS304 stainless steel manifolds are low-noise and sturdy. With 2mm-thick tubes, unique in-house design, and HKS Dynojet horsepower test certification, we guarantee the superior quality of our manifolds and their extended operation lives!

Fuse welding is better than pulse welding:
Standard pulse welding simply welds manifold pipes together. But the weakness is that the pipes become thinner after welding, with structural changes and a shorter operation life. However, welding with the addition of fusible material the same as that of the pipes does not compromise pipe-wall thickness, but rather strengthens and extends durability.
